![]() THIS IS ALL BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT KNOWLEDGE. The opticor was recently buffed and more people are in the market for them as a result. The zarr replaced tonkor as the popular launcher. Tonkor was patched to do self-damage and went from hot to unpopular. Now its disposition has gone from 1 circle to 2 circles, because people are finding other options other than the dread! Weapon buffs and nerfs also affect riven prices. With a good riven the scoliac can surpass the atterax in damage as well as have over 50% more range! The dread riven used to be super hot. The atterax is only 1 circle disposition while the scoliac is 4 circle. ![]() The scoliac is basically a weaker atterax with lower base damage, crit multiplier, and status chance. Right now, the scoliac riven is hot because it can potentially replace the atterax. Stay current with trends and only roll popular to hot rivens. ![]() Then all of a sudden the trade chat was flooded with these rivens. For example, a few months ago the amprex and opticor rivens weren't popular. It takes some time for the general public to find out which normally unpopular weapons are good with a riven. However, there are non-meta weapons that all of a sudden become good with rivens. Buyers will expect good stats for the money.Īll the meta weapons will always be sought after. Also note that rivens have been out for a while and people have smartened up about stats. Right now, melee rivens are new so most people do not have them and are in the market for them, so expect quick sales and increased prices. Take a look at these couple of transactions I did when rivens were first released.Īs you can see, these mods aren't even good, but I sold them at whopping prices. The latest and greatest tend to be most expensive since nobody has the riven yet. WFTrader riven with +slide crit, +range, offering up to 3k platinum." Looking at what is offered or what actual transactions are happening puts you in the reality of the situation. You can get a handle on prices by skimming through: You want to be paying attention to trends and what people are looking for. In the following video I run volt for the speed boost and my friend runs octavia for invisibility. Running with a friend is great because one of you can solo the kuva siphon while the other completes the mission. With invisibility, things become quite peaceful and easy. When running in pubs, the kuva siphon becomes a cluster ****, and makes it harder to capture the kuva cloud. I personally run Volt or Octavia/Loki for invisibility in solo mode (some more difficult missions you may want to join a pub if you have no partner). I suggest only running kuva missions solo or with a friend. I made a guide on Volt you can check out by clicking here: Optimized Volt Builds: An Advanced Guide. Since it takes so much rolling, you're going to want to speed run kuva missions. Of course this is all RNG based, so sometimes you can be on a cold streak and then boom you unveil a godly riven without even rerolling it. Since the release of melee rivens, I've rerolled 5 rivens (3 scoliac, 1 galatine, 1 tipedo) a total of about 150 to 200 times and I made a profit of about 2500 to 3000 platinum. Run all kuva missions, rinse, and repeat. ![]() You're going to need 200 platinum to buy a month resource booster and you're going to need to buy unrolled trash rivens which are available at different prices depending on the weapon the riven is for. If you really want to get serious into making platinum, you'll need some platinum to start. This is true if you're rolling each riven a few times and quiting. Now, you may say to yourself, I'll never get god tier rivens!! There's no way I'm going to make all that platinum.
